Updating System Settings
From the Console, navigate to System > System Settings
Here you can change and update many of the System settings. The following list describes each system setting that can be altered.
To apply changes, click 'Update System Settings'

| Active/Disabled | Switch | Turns the site On or Off |
| Path from base | Text | Defines the base path within the server |
| Server path | Text | Defines the Server Path |
| Product Licensed to | Locked Field | Specifies the licensed owner of the site |
| Display Rows | Numeric | A numeric value defining the number of rows to display in list views within the system |
| Page Limit | Numeric | A numeric value defining the number of page numbers to show if the records numbers require paginations |
| Search Rows | Numeric | A numeric value defining the number of rows to display when a search result is displayed within the system |
| Time out delay (mins) | Numeric | Specifies in mins, the time of inactivity allowed before a user is required to log back in. |
| CPE recording (days) | Numeric | A numeric value specifying the number of days a user can record their attendance to an education event after the event has occurred. |
| Display file exceptions | Text | A ';' separated list defining the Display file extensions allowed for upload eg. pdf;potx;pptx; |
| Generate Document Number | Switch | If enabled, the system will automatically generated document numbers. If turned off, the system will require the user to input a document number of their choosing. |
| Require Log on | Switch | If enabled, all users must log in before accessing documents and modules. If disabled, Documents and modules are available without login. Note: Setting this to disabled is only recommended if the system is hosted on premise and behind a customers firewall. |
| Debug Mode | Switch | Enables debugging information to be presented within the system. |

| Default Manager | Switch | Specify a default manager for the system if the user does not have a manager and uploads a credential |
| Machine QA | Switch | Specifies the default person to receive notifications for Machine QA if no mail groups are defined (usually set to a no-reply user account) |
| Machine Faults | Switch | Specifies the default person to receive notifications for Machine Faults if no mail groups are defined (usually set to a no-reply user account) |
| General Faults | Switch | Specifies the default person to receive notifications for general faults if no mail groups are defined (usually set to a no-reply user account) |
| QA Audit | Switch | Specifies the default person to receive notifications for QA Audits if no mail groups are defined (usually set to a no-reply user account) |
