Adding a Quality Improvement CheckList

From the Console, click on the Quality improvement icon or menu item.

Within the Quality Improvement click on the add icon located in the top right hand corner of the navigation bar. 

Enter the list name and select the checklist to be Active and click Add List.

The new checklist will appear in the list view.
